摘要： The present invention provides an animal restraining device to securely accommodate the animal and further prevent it from escaping the device. The device includes a substantially cylindrical shaped body having a front end, a rear end and a cavity. The front end includes an opening to the cavity for passage of the animal during loading and unloading of the animal. The device also includes a slot formed in the body configured to receive a tab following the loading of the animal in the cavity in order to block the animal from escaping the device. The device further includes an access opening formed on the top portion to permit access to body of the animal.

摘要： The present invention provides a magnetic sink strainer with at least one magnet securely attached to the strainer, to create a magnetic field. The invention also provides a magnetic sink strainer made of a magnetized material to provide a magnetic field. The magnetic sink strainer is firmly placed over a standard sink drain and functions to capture and retain objects that are attracted by a force as a result of being subjected to the magnetic field. This prevents such objects from accidentally being discarded into the sink drain. The magnetic sink strainer also includes at least one slit to enable fluids and other non-magnetic substances to easily and rapidly flow down to the sink drain.

摘要： A utensil for a manually impaired user includes a utensil insert, such as a fork, spoon, knife, tool or other object, and a handle for receiving the utensil insert so that a portion of the utensil insert extends outwardly from the handle. The handle has first and second handle sections that are removably connected together. The first handle section includes a first receptacle and a first projection spaced from the first receptacle while the second handle section includes a second receptacle and a second projection spaced from the second receptacle. The first receptacle is adapted to receive the second projection and the second receptacle is adapted to receive the first projection when the first and second handle sections are connected together.

A first porous desiccant retention plate and a second porous desiccant retention plate are spaced from each other are secured within the housing so as to define a desiccant chamber therebetween for maintaining the desiccant medium. An opening is formed within one of said panels in a location corresponding to the location of the desiccant chamber, facilitating replacement of the desiccant medium within the desiccant chamber.

摘要： A manual pick-up device includes a housing having a handle at one end, a fixed upper jaw at an opposite end, and a longitudinally extending shank extending therebetween. A movable jaw member is pivotally supported within the housing and extends outwardly through a housing opening to enable cooperation with the fixed upper jaw. A spring-biased actuating trigger is connected to the movable lower jaw by a connection element such that manual actuation of the trigger toward the handle urges the closing of the movable jaw against the fixed upper jaw, so as to enable an operator to grasp an object between the upper and lower jaws of the device.
