摘要： A method to score human performance, enabling high-reliability execution and continuous real-time optimization of human workflows is disclosed. The process which is operated is instrumented to ensure that relevant human performance indicators can be measured during operation. These indicators are then used to compute human performance scores for individuals, teams and organizations. The human performance scores are then used to summarize and provide insights into the human performance aspects of operating processes and to inform the higher-level human workflow management systems.

The information of a primary user is stored in an encrypted relational database which associates the private data with private data fields needed by secondary users or various business users. Each entity is assigned one unique user identity to ensure consistency in data privacy and sharing. Attributes for data groups exist to define the secondary users and business users who the primary user has authorized for access to or master sourcing of certified data. Change lists, including conditions for implementation, are created to facilitate management, scheduling and distribution of changes. Collection, storage, and distribution of personal data is assisted by robotic process automation algorithms.

摘要： An ISDN modem is preprogrammed to operate by any one of multiple ISDN protocols, and is provided with a setup program wherein, with the modem connected to an ISDN switch, the multiple protocols are automatically tested one-at-a-time until one is found by which a successful connection to the switch may be made, or until all fail. In the event a successful connection is made, that protocol in use at the time of the successful connection is selected for continued use. In the event that all preprogrammed protocols fail, a user is offered an input mechanism whereby an alternative protocol selection may be entered for trial.
