Abstract: By using a conductive composition for an electrode comprising a carbon black wherein the localized electron spin density per unit mass at 23° C. is 18.0×1016/m2 or less and the BET specific surface area is 30 m2/g or more and 120 m2/g or less, an active material which can intercalate and deintercalate a cation, and a binder, high durability is realized while the output properties of cells are maintained.
