Abstract: Techniques for data analysis and user guidance are provided for determining and providing one or more treatments to a user based on where the user is or will be in their menstrual cycle. In certain embodiments, a method of personalizing diabetes treatment based on information relating to a menstrual cycle of a user is provided. The method includes measuring, using a glucose monitoring system, blood glucose measurements of the user. The method further includes receiving information relating to the menstrual cycle of the user. The method further includes determining a treatment for the user to achieve a target blood glucose during a sub-phase or phase of the menstrual cycle of the user based on at least one of historical data associated with the user and historical data associated with a stratified group of users.
