    摘要: A terminal block includes a terminal block body, an engaging member, an elastic member, and a hook member. The terminal block body includes left and intermediate blocking portions. The engaging member is slidably provided on the terminal block body and includes a clawed operating portion, a connecting portion connected to the operating portion, and a stop block provided on the operating portion in order to be blocked by the left blocking portion. A blocking portion is formed where the connecting portion and the operating portion are connected. The elastic member is provided in the operating portion and pressed between the intermediate blocking portion and the blocking portion. The hook member includes an upper end movably connected to the connecting portion, a hooked lower end, and a pivotal connecting portion located therebetween and pivotally connected to the terminal block body. The terminal block is space-saving and features increased convenience of operation.

    摘要: A connection terminal structure includes a basic element and a clamping element. The basic element is bent to be L-shaped and includes a longitudinal arm and a transverse arm connected to the longitudinal arm. An upper end of the longitudinal arm forms an engaging flange and an engaging shoulder portion. A right end of the transverse arm forms a joint portion. The clamping element comprises a resilient clamping arm, a supporting arm, and a connecting arm. The connecting arm forms an opening portion and extends from the supporting arm to the longitudinal arm. The opening portion fits around the engaging shoulder portion. A lower end of the supporting arm forms a joint end jointed to the joint portion. The resilient clamping arm connects with the supporting arm, extends to the longitudinal arm, has a front end engaging with the engaging flange, and penetrates the opening portion to move resiliently.

Also disclosed is a terminal block assembly formed by combining the bus structure and the terminal block. The projecting portion of one of the housing and the connector engages with the depressed portion of the bus body and the projecting portion of the bus body is inlaid into the depressed portion of one of the housing and the connector, so that the ramps of the bus body and of the terminal block retain each other, thereby effectively preventing reverse combination between the bus structure and the terminal block, and preventing breakage of components thereof.

    摘要: A rail-based fastening structure for terminal blocks includes a fastening clip, a positioning rail and a bus body. The fastening clip has a base plate and two side plates each extending upward from the base plate and having an engaging hook. The positioning rail includes a bottom plate and two tracks extending upward and then outward from two opposite sides of the bottom plate, so that the bottom plate and the tracks define a valley. The bottom plate has an opening. The bus body deposited in the valley has a slot and two shoulder portions. The shoulder portions are positioned at two sides of the slot and extend toward the slot. The fastening clip is inserted into the opening through the slot so that the engaging hooks engage with the shoulder portions, respectively. Thereby, the rail-based fastening structure allows quick and convenient mounting/dismounting operation, low manufacturing costs and firm installation.

    摘要: A bridging terminal includes a cap and four conductive pieces. Each of the flexible conductive pieces has two pin portions and a connecting portion. The connecting portions are combined in an assembling chamber of the cap. The pin portion of the first flexible conductive piece has a front-left-outer facet and a front-right-outer facet jutting frontward, and has a flexible arch jutting backward. The second and third flexible conductive pieces have each of their pin portions including a left-outer facet, a right-outer facet and a slot. The pin portion of the fourth flexible conductive piece has a rear-left-outer facet and a rear-right-outer facet jutting backward, and has a flexible arch jutting frontward. When the flexible conductive pieces are aligned and piled, the flexible arches are received in the corresponding slots. Thereby, the bridging terminal provides improved electric conductivity, bonding strength and stability, while preventing elastic fatigue and premature failure.
