摘要： An organic light emitting display device includes: an organic light emitting pixel unit having a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode, formed on a substrate; where a first anti-moisture protective layer is formed on the upper surface of the second electrode; and a second anti-moisture protective layer is formed on the upper surface of the first protective layer, where the second protective layer includes desiccant particles of diameters including a predetermined maximum diameter and where the first protective layer is substantially devoid of desiccant particles having the predetermined maximum diameter or larger, and the first protective layer has a thickness substantially greater than the predetermined maximum diameter.

摘要： An OLED display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The OLED display includes a substrate, a plurality of TFTs, a plurality of pixel electrodes, an organic light emitting member, and an encapsulation member. The substrate includes a display region and a non-display region. The TFTs are formed on the display region. The pixel electrodes are connected to the TFTs. The organic light emitting member is formed on the pixel electrodes. The common electrode is formed on the organic light emitting member. The encapsulation member is formed on the common electrode and includes heat conductive particles having heat conductivity of about 10 W/mK. The OLED display reduces air and moisture penetration of the organic light emitting member or the electrodes using heat conductive particles, and quickly discharges the heat generated from the organic light emitting member or the electrode.

The metal oxide layer is formed by oxidation of a metal layer combined with oxygen of gas or humidity in an inner space of the organic light emitting display. Accordingly, gas or humidity in the organic light emitting display is removed by the oxidation of the metal oxide layer to thereby inhibit deterioration in a light emitting function of the pixel part.
