摘要: A lateral rear region of a vehicle includes a rear body member, which extends at least behind a rear wheel housing of the vehicle, and an air directing device. An air guidance element of the air directing device is displaceable relative to the rear body member between a rest position retracted into the lateral rear region and a service position extended out of the same such that, in the retracted rest position, a flow guide surface of the air guidance element is covered by the rear body member and that, in the extended operating position, the flow guide surface of the air guidance element is rearwardly displaced from the rear body member at least in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle. The air directing device includes a guide and drive unit, which guides and drives the air guidance element during the displacement relative to the rear body member.

摘要: An adjustable motor vehicle lateral air deflector arrangement with a lateral air deflector which can be adjusted by electric motor between a rest position retracted into a body and an active position extended from the body. The arrangement includes (i) a guide link fixed to the vehicle with a longitudinal guide track oriented predominantly in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle, (ii) a link slide guided in the longitudinal guide track of the guide link, which holds the air deflector, and (iii) an electromotive link drive, which moves a flexible actuating cable that is attached to the link slide. The link drive can be arranged at a distance from the guide link so that a compact air deflector arrangement can be realized.

The air conduction element moves between an inoperative position and at least one final operating position. The air conduction element is configured in its final operating position to lengthen the flow guiding area in the direction of a longitudinal body axis (X) of the body. The adjustment kinematics are configured in the form of multipoint joint kinematics.
