摘要： Methods of manufacturing a battery include the steps of forming a plurality of cathodes that each include a flag tab of a securing profile, forming a plurality of anodes that each include a tabbed portion of a securing profile, and stacking the cathodes and the anodes to create an electrode stack. The stacking step includes the steps of layering in alternating order the anodes and the cathodes with at least one layer of separator physically insulating each anode from each cathode, aligning the cathodes with a first alignment means, and aligning the anodes with a second alignment means.
