A peak power controlling method for a zero energy town (ZET) includes scheduling control power of an energy storage system (ESS) for each time period based on time-varying electric rate information of a grid, monitoring a power consumption of the ZET, and determining control power of the ESS based on a result of the scheduling and a result of comparing the monitored power consumption of the ZET and a preset threshold value.

Provided is an apparatus and method for radiosonde power control based on position estimation, including a radiosonde system including a radiosonde that may collect weather information, receive Global Positioning System (GPS) information, and transmit a signal including the collected weather information, and a receiver that may receive the signal, and the radiosonde may also recognize a current position based on the GPS information and control a transmission power based on a distance between the current position and a position of the receiver.

A method and system for energy improvement verification of buildings. An energy improvement learning method includes receiving building characteristic information related to an existing building constructed in the past and a diagnosis result of energy diagnosis performed based on the building characteristic information, receiving a result of renovating the existing building using energy saving schemes suitable for the diagnosis result, and generating an energy improvement learning model for the existing building by learning the building characteristic information and the renovation result.

A method of managing a peak power of a zero-energy town (ZET) includes monitoring a grid power transmitted between the ZET and a grid, and controlling an energy storage systems (ESSs) provided in the ZET based on a result of the monitoring, wherein the controlling includes supplying a power stored in the ESSs to an energy load or storing a power produced by the ZET in the ESSs so as to lower a peak power of the grid power.
