摘要: An energy storage and delivery system includes an elevator, where the elevator is operable to move one or more blocks from a lower elevation to a higher elevation to store energy (e.g., via the potential energy of the block in the higher elevation) and operable to move one or more blocks from a higher elevation to a lower elevation (e.g., by gravity) to generate electricity (e.g., via the kinetic energy of the block when moved to the lower elevation). The energy storage system can, for example, store electricity generated from solar power as potential energy in the stacked blocks during daytime hours when solar power is available, and can convert the potential energy in the stacked blocks into electricity during nighttime hours when solar energy is not available, and deliver the converted electricity to the electrical grid.

The method includes: determining an objective function including a first sub-objective function and a second sub-objective function; determining an outer-level constraint based on a quantity of configured energy storage systems (ESSs), a quantity of hardened lines, and a rated power and capacity configuration of an ESS; determining a middle-level constraint based on a line failure; determining an inner-level constraint based on node power of a distribution network, a line load capacity, a line power flow, a power output of a unit, a node voltage, climbing of the unit, operation of the ESS, and LS; determining parameters based on the outer-level constraint, the first sub-objective function, the middle-level constraint, the inner-level constraint, and the second sub-objective function; and controlling energy storage of a DG in the distribution network.

摘要: A stored power production source management device of an embodiment includes an acquisition unit, a power storage management unit, and a discharging management unit. The acquisition unit acquires first information indicating a power supply source when a power storage is charged. The power storage management unit stores information indicating a power supply source for power stored in the power storage in a data storage in association with an amount of stored power on the basis of the first information. The discharging management unit specifies a power supply source for the power to be discharged on the basis of information indicating the power supply source stored in the data storage when the power storage is discharged, and subtracts the amount of power to be discharged from the amount of power corresponding to the specified power supply source in the data storage.

摘要: A renewable energy powered thermal processing system is formed from a renewable energy source operably connected to an inverter via a charge controller. In one embodiment, a solar renewable energy source is operably connected to the inverter via a solar charge controller. The inverter is connected to a renewable energy storage device and further conditions the current for the thermal processing power supply, which then delivers energy to a thermal processing unit. A supplemental renewable energy source, such as wind, may further be operably connected to the inverter via a supplemental charge controller. As such, the thermal processing unit can be powered solely by renewable energy directly or stored renewable energy within the renewable energy storage device to provide a standalone, grid-independent renewable energy powered thermal processing system. Optionally, a grid tie may further selectively connect the system to an external power grid as a backup source of energy.

摘要: A tertiary frequency modulation method for a power system, AGC based on power plant input performs active power regulation for tertiary frequency modulation in different modes in power plants in case of secondary frequency modulation failure of the power system and unidirectional deviation of grid frequency from rated frequency for a period: perform tertiary frequency modulation based on the reserved capacity of the secondary frequency modulation or the regulation amount of primary frequency modulation or random parameters. The invention relates to tertiary frequency modulation whose action sequence is later than that of the primary frequency modulation and the secondary frequency modulation to realize astatic frequency regulation. Compared with the secondary frequency modulation function, the tertiary frequency modulation function completely gets rid of the dependence on a central node; compared with the primary frequency modulation function, the tertiary frequency modulation method undoubtedly has higher stability and sustainability in the regulation effect.

摘要: Disclosed is an optimal power flow-based hierarchical control method for a distributed energy storage system (ESS), where the method divides control of an energy storage cluster into three layers, performs primary and secondary control to realize intra-cluster control, and performs tertiary control to realize inter-cluster control. In the primary control, droop coefficients are set to realize intra-cluster basic power distribution. In the secondary control, a frequency/voltage shift and uneven power distribution that are caused by a droop are compensated for based on a consistency algorithm. In the tertiary control, a central controller is set, a solution of an optimal power flow is calculated and delivered to each cluster as a control signal, and the control signal is tracked in real time through the secondary control and the primary control. The method adjusts a reference voltage of each energy storage cluster without requiring a common bus.
