The assembly includes a plow blade and gage wheel holder that is pivotally mounted to a vibrator frame. The holder includes hollow bearing members for mounting the gage wheels and spaced apart hanger arms for advantageously assisting in the mounting of the plow blade. The plow blade is mounted between the hanger arms such that its upper mounting location is supported between opposed slots in the hanger arms and its lower mounting location is supported between the opposed hollow bearing members.

摘要： A drive control is disclosed which is particularly useful for machines having a hydrostatic transmission or ground drive pump, such as a tractor. A shift assembly controls the input to the hydrostatic transmission, and it includes a shift lever which is movable by a bellcrank mechanism in opposite directions from a neutral position into forward or reverse. The drive control further includes a rocking foot pedal which is connected by an actuating linkage to both the shift lever and the hydrostatic transmission. The desired direction of operation is set with the shift assembly, and the speed of movement in the selected direction is proportional to the amount the foot pedal is depressed. The foot pedal assembly includes a heel tab actuator which can be used as a manual override for the purpose of braking by bringing the hydrostatic transmission back to neutral while maintaining the transmission in the selected directional position. An automatic override mechanism is also provided such that when the foot pedal is released, for any reason, the automatic override mechanism returns the hydrostatic transmission to neutral without affecting the directional position setting. A further feature of the invention resides in the selector plate for directional control which includes a projection for actuating a neutral start switch.

The apparatus includes bearings in which a principal pivot shaft is journaled, a lifting link and at least one center-bonded joint spaced along and nonrotatably mounted on the pivot shaft, a lift cylinder secured to the vehicle and extending to the lifting link, and a rigid arm extending from each center-bonded joint to a support for the vibratory device. Although a compact simplified lifting structure, excellent vibratory isolation to protect the lift cylinder is provided.

摘要： A digging boom assembly including a first section which is attached to a trencher and a second section that may be disconnected from the first section and replaced with another identically configured section of longer or shorter length. The boom assembly is attached to the trencher such that the first section always remains connected to the trencher while the second section may be selectively exchanged with another section of a different length thereby permitting variable digging depths. An auger attachment and a crumber attachment are connected to the first boom section, which remains attached to the trencher at all times. Thus, when the second boom section is disconnected and replaced with another section of longer or shorter length, the auger and crumber attachments do not have to be disassembled from the boom assembly.

摘要： A vibratory plow assembly which provides improved vibratory plowing through the mounting of the plow blade and maneuverability of the assembly. The assembly includes a forward frame member, a rearward frame member, and spaced apart link members pivotally connecting the frame members to permit relative vertical movement. A plow blade and gage wheel holder is pivotally mounted to the rearward frame member which also includes a vibrator for the plow blade. The forward frame member is pivotally mounted to a vehicle for movement about a vertical axis, and the plow blade holder is pivotally mounted to the rearward frame member for movement about a vertical axis. Further, the assembly is constructed such that the plow blade moves into a tucked relationship with respect to the connecting links between the frame members, thereby permitting loading and unloading of the plow assembly without the need to remove the plow blade. The disclosed vibratory plow assembly utilizes a combination of boom steering and blade steering for moving the plow blade laterally relative to the center line of the vehicle to permit offset plowing next to buildings and the like. Moreover, the blade holder provides improved and efficient mounting of the plow blade, and the gage wheel construction assists in the maintenance of constant blade and cable burial depth regardless of the contour of the ground surface.

摘要： A vibratory plow including a cutter assembly which slices the ground covering and breaks the sod ahead of the cable-laying plow blade. The plow assembly includes a blade holder that is pivotally mounted to a vibrator frame. A mounting member attaches the cutting blade of the cutter assembly to the blade holder. The cutting blade is polygonal in shape and includes a plurality of mounting holes located in polygonal patterns. The mounting member includes a complementary set of mounting holes also arranged in a polygonal pattern. The present construction permits the cutting blade to be moved to a plurality of cutting positions rather than replacing the cutter after a cutting edge is worn.

摘要： An anti-rollback mechanism for a material handling implement including a unit pivotally mounted on the outer end of the boom of a vehicle is disclosed herein. The anti-rollback mechanism includes a member that is moved with the boom to indicate the position of the boom and prevent actuation of a manual control lever that forms part of the hydraulic circuit for pivoting the unit on the boom. The anti-rollback mechanism incorporates a manual override to allow the operator to tilt the unit on the boom even though the boom is in the completely raised position.
