摘要： The present invention provides means for quickly and easily attaching a balloon to an anchoring object such as a name card holder, a flag, or a garment. The preferred embodiment is comprised of a specially manufactured ribbon which is made with an attachment mechanism on one end so that the balloon can be secured to an anchoring object without complicated pins, adhesive tape or knots.
