    Abstract: A flossing device having internal floss feed in which floss is advanced from a storage chamber inside the handle of the device, through feed gears, to a pair of spaced apart tines. Spent floss is returned through the return gears, the return drive gear having a greater diameter than the feed drive gear, thus ensuring the floss remains taut between the tines. An integral cutter allows the spent floss to be cut off and discarded. The cover over one or both sets of gears may be open at the top and bottom to allow cleaning of the gears. A flexible tile may be included over the aperture through which the floss exits the storage chamber to prevent water incursion therein. A floss advance lever advances the floss by a single action when pressed forward, which creates and maintains sufficient tensions on the floss resulting in taut and snug floss between the tines. Optionally, the flossing head has a vibratory device to aid in the flossing action.

    Abstract: A “Flossing Device with Spring-Type Head” is a device used to floss the teeth. A handle with a storage chamber in which the coiled floss thread is stored, is fixedly attached to a Spring-Type Head that includes a substantially U-shape flexible arm and two substantially cylindrical shape fixtures. Each piece of the floss thread is placed and secured between the said fixtures. Due to the flexibility of the said arm, a constant suitable tension of the floss thread is maintained at all times. Using the device, while flossing becomes possible with one hand, it gives the user a much more effective and easier flossing experience.

    Abstract: An electric toothbrush in which the brushing head moves in an elliptical motion such that, on the brushing stroke, the bristles are proximate the teeth, and in the recovery portion of the cycle the bristles are pulled away from the teeth. A position sensitive switch automatically switches from a forward to a reverse operation of the electric motor, depending on the positioning of the toothbrush in a user's hand, allowing the user to brush both the upper and lower teeth using a stroke carrying the bristles from the gum line to the ends of the teeth, as is recommended by dental professionals, without having to move the toothbrush from hand to hand or manually move the switch from the forward to the reverse positions. A bridge pad engages the face of the teeth, maintaining a proper distance between the teeth and bristles during the elliptical rotation of the brush head.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a fragrance or paint sprayer. The sprayer, comprises a spraying mechanism, two liquid containers, a liquid adjustment mechanism; the spraying mechanism having a knob for activating a pump or a release valve for dispensing a liquid coming from an inlet to an outlet; two liquid feeding tubes, one end of each of the two liquid feeding tubes being in liquid communication with each of the two liquid containers respectively, and the other end of each of the two liquid feeding tubes being jointed and connected to the inlet of the spraying mechanism; the liquid adjustment mechanism comprising two sets of adjoining sloped surfaces and sets of rollers in surface contact with respective flexible portions of each of two liquid feeding tubes and, when the rollers are moving from right to left, changing flow passage areas inside the flexible portions in such a way that the amount of liquid supplied from each of the two liquid containers through each of the two liquid feeding tubes is adjusted. When flow of liquid from one feeding tube is increased by the adjustment mechanism, the flow from the other feeding tube decreases in a way that the total amount of the liquid supplied by the two feeding tubes is substantially constant. In practice, it is possible to mix two liquids, such as two different perfumes with different fragrances to create a new fragrance, or two different color paints to create a new paint color.

    Abstract: The present invention features an airbag to be worn by swimmers for safety. The airbag device generally relates to personal floatation in the water and more particularly comprises, a plastic inflatable airbag, an air filling tube for filling or draining air, and an air check valve. The airbag is inflated by the wearer's breath, or in an alternate embodiment, an electrical air pump or compressed gas cartridge or gas generated by a chemical reaction. The airbag is worn around the lower abdomen (for the male wearer) or placed on the ribs or breast (for the female wearer). The airbag is worn underneath the swimming apparel and is practically invisible to an onlooker. The airbag can be made in smaller sizes to be worn in other parts of the swimmer's body (such as the neck) along with the main airbag for enhancing buoyancy. When the swimmer is not inside the water, the inventive safety airbag can be comfortably deflated allowing the wearer to perform other tasks such as walking or eating, with ease. Since the inventive safety airbag is fastened firmly encircling the body with a secure fitting around the wearer's abdomen and/or waist, therefore avoiding slip offs.
