The enclosures may be configured with variable sized subdivisions and shelved on a track to allow complete detachment of the enclosure. Door panels may be secured with securing mechanisms and handles may be provided to facilitate moving. The recycle bin may include casters with locking mechanisms to prevent movement of the recycling bin. The casters may be attached on the bottom portion of the recycling bin. One or more pockets may be disposed on the recycling bin. The one or more pockets may be configured to accommodate lifting of the recycling bin.     摘要: A shredding device and method for shredding physical media using household electric power are disclosed. The physical media may include data storage device or medium configured to store information. The shredding device may be configured to facilitate the destruction of the physical media to a final strip size no more than ¾ inches wide. The shredding of the physical media may be enabled by a motor which may be energized by power drawn from a regular wall outlet in a building. In some implementations, the shredding mechanism may comprise rotor members configured to rotate in opposite directions. A sound enclosure may be used to attenuate the sound produced by during the shredding of the physical media. In some implementations, the sound attenuation is achieved through lining fiber wools around the interior surfaces of the sound attenuation enclosure.
