Provided is a tool for developing a Graphic User Interface (GUI). The post-designing method based on variant configuration in development of a GUI, includes generating a Variant Design Model defining a function to be generated through a GUI, generating a Variant-GUI Mapping Model by mapping the Variant Design Model and GUI components in units of screens, defining correlation among a function forming the Variant-GUI Mapping Model, the GUI components, and a domain object required for performing the function, and defining GUI variant information in the Variant-GUI Mapping Model, configuring attribute information of the domain object, and defining a GUI code generation rule corresponding to a GUI execution platform environment, and converting the Variant-GUI Mapping Model into a code executable in the GUI execution platform environment by using the GUI code generation rule, information of the GUI components, and the attribute information of the domain object.

Disclosed are an electronic device for monitoring an abnormal state of energy consumption and a method of operating the same. The method includes receiving factory data related to product production of a factory and energy used in the factory, determining an energy stability indicator (ESI) indicating an amount of the energy used for the product production based on the factory data, generating a normalized energy stability indicator distribution (ESID) with respect to a preset time period based on the ESI, determining a distribution difference by comparing the generated ESID and a reference distribution predetermined for energy consumption of the factory, and outputting one or more observed variables for monitoring an abnormal state of consumption of the energy with respect to a period in which the distribution difference is large.

An audio signal encoding and decoding method using a neural network model, and an encoder and decoder for performing the same are disclosed. A method of encoding an audio signal using a neural network model, the method may include identifying an input signal, generating a quantized latent vector by inputting the input signal into a neural network model encoding the input signal, and generating a bitstream corresponding to the quantized latent vector, wherein the neural network model may include i) a feature extraction layer generating a latent vector by extracting a feature of the input signal, ii) a plurality of downsampling blocks downsampling the latent vector, and iii) a plurality of quantization blocks performing quantization of a downsampled latent vector.

A method of encoding/decoding a speech signal and a device for performing the same are provided. The method includes outputting, based on a first input speech signal of a previous timepoint and a second input speech signal of a current timepoint, a predicted signal that predicts the second input speech signal from the first input speech signal and obtaining, based on the second input speech signal and the predicted signal, a residual signal by removing a correlation between the first input speech signal and the second input speech signal from the second input speech signal.

A method and apparatus for encoding/decoding audio signal are provided. The encoding method includes transforming an input audio signal in a time domain into an audio signal in a frequency domain, quantizing energy of a frequency band of the audio signal in the frequency domain, generating a normal signal by normalizing the audio signal in the frequency domain according to quantized energy, obtaining a feature vector including information on the energy of the frequency band based on the normal signal and the input audio signal, quantizing the feature vector, obtaining a scale factor used to scale the normal signal based on the quantized feature vector, quantizing an adjustment signal into which the normal signal has been scaled based on the scale factor, and outputting bitstreams based on the quantized energy, the quantized feature vector, and the quantized adjustment signal.

Provided is a method and a system for analyzing stability of factory energy consumption based on energy intensity per product. The method includes extracting a profile including a production history of a product and process operation information of a process line or process equipment used to produce the product, determining energy intensity per product, which is a ratio of an amount of energy consumed to produce the product for production of the product, based on the profile, and identifying consumption stability of energy consumed to produce the product based on the energy intensity per product.

Disclosed is a service operation method for managing energy data for each tenant. More particularly, the service operation method monitors energy consumption consumed in a specific space that a tenant manager desires to manage using an individualized energy management service user interface (UI) according to a service development/production environment set by a manager terminal and visualizes a status of use of energy for each specific space from a monitoring result.
