    Abstract: Provided is an adaptive greenhouse control method that can control a greenhouse to provide an optimized environment by automatically and daily adapting to an external environment and a type of the greenhouse.     Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal in a communication system. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a method of transmitting a first synchronization signal, performed by a base station in the communication system, may comprise generating a base sequence; generating a modified sequence by inverting polarity of the base sequence; mapping the base sequence and the modified sequence to a first frequency region having a frequency higher than a center subcarrier and a second frequency region having a frequency lower the center subcarrier, so that the base sequence and the modified sequence are symmetric centering the center subcarrier located at a center frequency of a frequency domain of the synchronization signal; and transmitting the synchronization signal comprising the base sequence and the modified sequence to a terminal. Therefore, performance of the communication system can be improved.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for scheduling in a cellular-based device-to-device (D2D) communication. The method of scheduling a cellular resource used in a base station for a D2D communication between terminals may include grouping, by a proximity coordinator, a cellular resource of an adjacent base station based on cell information of a base station, managing a resource to be allocated to the terminal and a resource allocated previously to the terminal based on the grouped resource, and allocating the grouped resource to the terminal based on information associated with the resource to be allocated and the previously allocated resource when a request for D2D communication between terminals located in different cells is received.
