The ink compositions can include a non-aqueous HAPS-free solvent system; a binder system, including at least one of i) an acrylic resin, or ii) a first vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin, which is at least substantially soluble in the solvent system; and a pigment milled in the presence of a second vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin.
