摘要： An X-ray examination apparatus has a base and a support connected by an arm arrangement. The support is connected to a holding device in which a curved carrier is displaceably mounted, the curved carrier having an X-ray emitter at one end and a radiation detector at an opposite end. An examination table is movable between the X-ray emitter and the radiation detector. The arm arrangement is composed of at least first and second arms. The first arm is rotatably mounted at a shaft at the base, and the second arm is rotatably mounted at a shaft at the carrier. The respective free ends of the first and second arms are rotatably connected to each other by another shaft. The carrier, without bothersome components of the stand beneath the examination table, can be rotated 90° from a head-adjusted position in both directions to lateral positions, while maintaining the isocenter at a fixed position, and the carrier also can be lowered to the floor on which the base is disposed. For this purpose, the first and second arms are disposed in different planes and have respective lengths, dependent on the position of the shaft at the base and the distance between the shaft of the support and the central beam of the X-ray emitter, so that the curved carrier, by means of the arms, can be rotated around an intersecting point formed by the central beam of the X-ray emitter cutting the center line of the examination table, with a centrally head-adjusted stand.

摘要： An apparatus for exposing selected portions of a patient's body to X-radiation and imaging rays transmitted through the body onto a receiver, such as film, wherein an X-ray source and receiver are mounted on arms offset from opposite ends of a semicircular carrier member supported on a circumference thereof for rotation through at least a full 180.degree. arc in a vertical or tilted plane passing through the body. The centers of the carrier member and support mount are unobstructed and the extension arms are carried on a radially-inside surface of the carrier member to avoid interference between the parts during rotation through the arc. Three sets of bearings which are spaced-apart along a guide track in the support mount support the carrier member radially and axially with at least two of the bearings engaged with the carrier member even at extremes of rotation thereof.

摘要： An x-ray examination apparatus has an x-ray image intensifier and an x-ray film changer mounted so that the x-ray film changer can be moved to an exposure position, in front of the x-ray image intensifier, for producing x-ray pictures of an examination subject. The x-ray image intensifier has a holder on which the x-ray film changer is movably mounted so that, when in the exposure position, the film changer has the same image axis as that of the x-ray image intensifier. The film changer is pivotable out of the exposure position by approximately 90.degree. to a standby position. To avoid having the x-ray film changer in the standby position prevent access to a patient on an examination table, and to permit the x-ray image intensifier to be adjusted to any arbitrary position without being impeded by the film changer in the standby position, the examination apparatus has a holder for the film changer in the form of a bearing which at least partially surrounds the x-ray image intensifier. The bearing is disposed in a plane which is substantially perpendicular to the image access, and the film changer is displaceable along the bearing.
