    摘要: A system and method for the placement of a portable x-ray cassette is disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the system comprises a planar cassette element, a fabric, a collar element and a rigid sheet. The planar cassette element includes a hollow cavity disposed on a leading edge thereof and the fabric is configured to dispense from the hollow cavity, surround the planar cassette element and slide about the planar cassette element away from and toward the leading edge of the cassette element. The system allows for easy positioning of the portable x-ray cassette underneath a patient to be x-rayed.

    摘要: A radiographic imaging apparatus includes an electronic cassette and a console device for radio communication with the electronic cassette. The electronic cassette includes a transmitter for transmitting a beacon for the radio communication. A regulation unit regulates beaconing of the beacon in a predetermined specific state among plural operational states. The console device includes a receiver for receiving the beacon. A communication failure detector checks whether a communication failure has occurred in the radio communication according to a receiving state of the beacon in the receiver. A display panel or speaker generates alert notification to notify the communication failure assuming that the communication failure detector judges that the communication failure has occurred. An operational state detector checks whether the electronic cassette is in the specific state. An alert manager avoids generation of the alert notification while the operational state detector judges that the electronic cassette is in the specific state.

    摘要: The device according to the disclosure is for stabilising a patient in a desired position during X-ray knee imaging. By default, a tibial inclination angle of 10° is envisaged, as according to statistics this constitutes an inclination for the ideal imaging of the knee joint space. This angle as well as the foot rotation angle are adjustable. The device is suitable for a majority of different body heights and shapes. Equipment sensors determine the achievement of the desired position and this is confirmed to the X-ray technician by means of an acoustic and optical transducer.
