Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement of building units, comprising a plurality of housing units (1) constructed in a coupled design or a plurality of individual building units (1) accommodated in a multi-storey building, each building unit (1) having a pie-slice shaped floor plan with two side walls (2, 3) disposed at an angle (a) to one another, an inner terminating wall (4), and an outer terminating wall (5), the inner terminating walls (4) being disposed on the shady, north side, and the outer terminating walls (5) being arranged on the sunny, south side.
