摘要: A method and device for medical imaging, in particular intra-operative imaging of a patient's body are disclosed. Fluorescence and live images are acquired by an imaging unit. A processing unit adapts one or more image capturing or processing parameters if the images are acquired in a static motion state. This reduces noise in the fluorescence images so the processing unit can detect a region of interest in the fluorescence images. The processing unit maps the region of interest into the live images. If the images are acquired in a moving motion state, the region of interest may be tracked by the processing unit and mapped back into the fluorescence images. In the moving state, the processing unit is configured to apply a spatially selective noise filter which distinguishes between the region of interest and the remaining region enhancing the quality of the fluorescence images without erasing details with noise filtering.

The device comprises the illumination unit, the imaging unit, the processing unit and the display unit. The imaging unit captures fluorescent images (I_fluo) and live images (I_live) of the same scenery. In the processing unit, the fluorescent images (I_fluo) are processed by using the detected motion between the tissue and the imaging unit based on the detected motion. The filtered fluorescent images (I_filt) are non-linearly mapped into the live images (I_live) in order to improve the visibility of fluorophores in the tissue resulting in an overlay image (I_over) that comprises details of the live images (I_live) on the one hand and details of the fluorescent images (I_fluo) on the other hand.

摘要: The disclosed system uses a body shape capturing device for acquiring a patient's body shape and a 3D shape generating device for additively manufacturing a patient receiving device that is at least partially adapted to the patient's body shape or at least partially deviates from the patient's body shape bringing the patient's body into a desired shape so that the outer shape of the patient's body during surgery is identical to the outer shape of the body during shape capturing. The patient receiving device comprises at least one tracker element that is detectable by a detection system. The detection system captures data indicating the at least one tracker element's position and/or orientation during surgery enabling, particularly for surgical operations on or in soft tissues with high flexibly and with no specific natural or artificial landmarks, the surgeon to orientate/navigate in live images from the surgical site.
