摘要： A ski, monoski, or snowboard includes a base plate (2) with a platform (3) mounted to its central portion to receiving bindings for binding a skier's boot to the platform. A set of four longitudinal elements (40, 41, 42, 43) have one end (40a, 41a, 42a, 43a) which is removably attached to the platform, a second end (40b, 41b, 42b, 43b) which engages a forward or rearward portion of the base plate (2), space and a bridge (40c, 41c, 42c, 43c) between the first and second ends. The bridge is prestressed in order to augment the pressure applied by the boot during skiing to forward and rearward portions of the base plate and to provide a dynamic means of recall for returning the base plate toward a home position.

摘要： Alpine ski has a boot middle point mark indicating a position of a middle of a boot and is equipped with a mounting platform comprising front, central and rear zones. The platform rests on the ski via three feet situated respectively in front, central and rear zones of the platform. The height measured between the lower face of each foot and the upper face of the platform is a minimum for the central foot. The platform is anchored by screws to inhibit sliding in at least the front and central zones. An anchoring point situated in the central zone is positioned in front of the boot middle point and is separated longitudinally by a distance of between 150 and 300 millimeters. Further included is a block of elastic material inserted between a front end of the platform and a stop in front of the platform. The block is compressible during movement of the platform relative to the upper face of the ski, due to bending of the ski.
