    摘要: A nozzle of an ejector depressurizes and injects fluid, which is supplied to the nozzle. The nozzle is received in a receiving space of a body. The nozzle and the body are formed by press working. The nozzle includes nozzle-side ribs, which extend in an axial direction and project radially outward. The body includes body-side ribs, which extend in the axial direction and project radially outward. In a predetermined cross section of each of the nozzle and the body, which is perpendicular to the axial direction and includes the corresponding ribs, the nozzle or the body is formed seamlessly as a continuous single piece member.

    摘要: According to a measuring method, shapes of two mechanical parts of a measuring object are shot by a camera at their respective axial both ends so that image information of the shapes are obtained. Then a center coordinate of the detected shape is respectively calculated from the image information, and positions of the axial lines for the two mechanical parts are calculated from the calculated center coordinates, and finally the calculated position of the axial line is compared with the calculated position of the other axial line in a certain determination area, to determine the coaxial relation between the two mechanical parts.

    摘要: A pipe fixing structure and method are disclosed. In the pipe fixing structure, an ejector 1 on which a pipe 2 is to be fixed is subjected to a pressure which is exerted on the pipe 2 thereby to deform and fix the pipe 2. An enlarged portion 1a larger than the outer diameter of the pipe 2, through which the pipe 2 can be inserted in axial direction, is formed in the ejector 1. A thin portion 2a is formed on the inner peripheral portion of the pipe 2, and a first projection 6 is formed by plastic deformation of the thin portion 2a of pipe 2 under the pressure. The first projection 6 coincides with the enlarged diameter portion 1a so that the pipe is fixed on the ejector 1.
