摘要: The present disclosure relates to an insert and system of installing the same. The insert includes a tapered core and a cylinder. The core releasably secures to an installation device which includes a depth stop or a depth control to control the installation depth of the insert. The insert may be provided in a tray that allows for easier handling of the inserts and installation thereof in installation holes, for example in a hydraulic manifold. In some cases, the core includes a threaded hole to releasably secure the insert to the installation device, thus allowing the installation device to pull the core into the cylinder. The core and cylinder may be made of metallic materials such as steels, steel alloys and others. In some cases the insert can withstand blow out pressures of 40,000 psi or higher.

摘要: A bumper spring assembly having a one piece mandrel including an integral head piece is further configured with a cage assembly retained on the mandrel with a cage nut locked to the mandrel to obviate the need for pins, set screws, and the like, to provide a more robust assembly. In two embodiments the cage nut is locked to the mandrel in a swaging operation. Improved flow of fluids through and around the bumper spring assembly are also provided.

摘要: A bearing member for a pedal arm, which is a tubular bearing member which is disposed so as to connect a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole formed respectively in a pair of plate members constituting right and left side walls of the pedal arm and through which a connecting shaft is passed so as to be rotatable relative to the bearing member, the bearing member includes: a large-diameter tubular portion configured to have an external diameter larger than a diameter of the first mounting hole and to be located between the pair of plate members; a first connecting portion configured to have an external diameter smaller than the diameter of the first mounting hole, to be formed so as to project from one end face of the large-diameter tubular portion coaxially with the large-diameter tubular portion, to be passed through the first mounting hole, and to be fixedly fitted to the first mounting hole by being compressed in an axial direction to be swaged so that a peripheral portion of the first mounting hole is held between a swaged portion, which is formed from the first connecting portion, and the one end face of the large-diameter tubular portion; and a second connecting portion configured to have an external diameter smaller than a diameter of the second mounting hole and a thickness larger than a thickness of the first connecting portion, to be formed so as to project from the other end face of the large-diameter tubular portion coaxially with the large-diameter tubular portion, to be passed through the second mounting hole, and to be fixedly fitted to the second mounting hole by being compressed in the axial direction to be bulged and deformed radially outward so that a portion of the second connecting portion, which is apart from the other end face of the large-diameter tubular portion by a predetermined distance, is brought into close contact with an inner peripheral wall of the second mounting hole.

The first fiber-reinforcement region has a first fiber-reinforcement density, and is disposed, at least in part, at a bend region of the formed hose, and the multiple second fiber-reinforcement regions have a second fiber-reinforcement density, and are disposed at least at the first and second end regions of the formed hose. The second fiber-reinforcement density is greater than the first fiber-reinforcement density, and results in the first and second ends of the formed hose being less radially-deformable than the bend region of the hose. This facilitates providing a mechanical fluid-tight connection with a hose barb fitting when the formed hose is slid over the hose barb fitting, absent any clamp over the formed hose and hose barb fitting connection.

摘要: A tube expansion method of mounting a drain tube as tube member by insertion and expansion to a through hole in which opening portions at both ends are obliquely formed, the method including: inserting the drain tube to the through hole so that the end portions protrude from the opening portions at both ends of the through hole; inserting a tube expander into the drain tube to expand the drain tube up to a predetermined inner diameter while moving the tube expander to the other end portion from one end portion of the drain tube; cutting each end portion of the tube member protruding from each opening portion of the through hole along an oblique shape of each opening portion; and welding the cut end portion of the drain tube and the opening portion of the through hole.

摘要: A machining method of a shredding cutter includes providing a cutter shaft and a plurality of blades; arranging the plurality of blades on the cutter shaft in a predetermined spacing; and rolling or extruding intervals of the cutter shaft between the blades to shift some materials thereof from middle toward both sides and squeeze the materials onto flanks of the blades to form embossed parts so that the blades are embedded in the embossed parts and clamped by the embossed parts, thereby fixing the blades onto the cutter shaft. The shredding cutter has a strong unitary structure, high precision, high yield, which is beneficial to reduce the processing cost and the cost of materials.
