摘要： Disclosed are an information display device and a method for the same, which can unlock a touch screen quickly and effectively when the touch screen is in a locking state. The information display device comprises a display module including a touch screen; a controller displaying a lock image in the display module when the touch screen is in a locking state, and displaying a first icon indicating the locking state of the touch screen on the lock image, a first region for releasing the locking state of the touch screen on the lock image, and a second region indicating a second icon linked to an application program on the lock image.
