摘要: An electric apparatus comprises a foreign matter detection panel arranged inside a casing and configured to detect contact of foreign matter. The electric apparatus comprises a detection controller which receives a signal outputted from the foreign matter detection panel and judges whether or not foreign matter is in contact with a surface of the foreign matter detection panel. The foreign matter detection panel includes a substrate, a transmitter which generates a surface acoustic wave on the substrate. The foreign matter detection panel includes a reflection array which reflects the surface acoustic wave in a predetermined direction and a receiver which receives the surface acoustic wave which has propagated along the substrate.

摘要: A machine tool includes three mutually independent data transmission mechanisms. The data transmission mechanisms include respective transmission units which assign codes for detecting errors to data acquired from the output of sensors, and which transmit the data. A machine controller includes an operation judgment unit which judges whether operation of a feed axis motor is continued. The operation judgment unit judges that operation is continued when there are two pieces of data for which a relationship between the data and the code matches a rule, and the two pieces of data are within a predetermined judgment range. The operation judgment unit judges that the feed axis motor is stopped when at least one of the pieces of data for which the relationship matches the rule deviates from the judgment range.

摘要: To provide a numerical controller, a control system, a control method, and a control program that can realize proper adjustment of a method of machining by each machine tool in a machining step. A numerical controller comprises: a ROM that stores multiple combinations of machining programs and parameters together with a first cycle time required for machining; a receiving unit that receives a second cycle time of a bottleneck step; and a selection unit that selects a combination from the multiple combinations of the machining programs and the parameters. The selected combination is to extend the first cycle time to a range not exceeding the second cycle time.
