摘要: A numerical control device includes a look-ahead analysis unit which sequentially looks ahead and analyzes a processing program; a control unit which controls a machine; a condition data storage unit which stores condition data including an analysis suppression condition specifying a look-ahead suppression condition and an analysis restart condition corresponding to the analysis suppression condition; an analysis suppression processing unit which suppresses analysis by the look-ahead analysis unit, when the analysis suppression condition is satisfied; an analysis restart processing unit which restarts the lookahead and the analysis when the control state of the machine satisfies the analysis restart condition while the analysis by the look-ahead analysis unit is suppressed; and a speculation analysis unit which executes speculative analysis, wherein when look-ahead is resumed, the result of speculative analysis by the speculation analysis unit is used.

摘要: A method of generating training spectra for training of a neural network includes measuring a first plurality of training spectra from one or more sample substrates, measuring a characterizing value for each training spectra of the plurality of training spectra to generate a plurality of characterizing values with each training spectrum having an associated characterizing value, measuring a plurality of dummy spectra during processing of one or more dummy substrates, and generating a second plurality of training spectra by combining the first plurality of training spectra and the plurality of dummy spectra, there being a greater number of spectra in the second plurality of training spectra than in the first plurality of training spectra. Each training spectrum of the second plurality of training spectra having an associated characterizing value.

摘要: Method and systems for dynamically generating or editing a graphical dashboard via a graphical user interface (GUI) setup are provided. The method includes determining a type of a plant through the GUI setup, determining a configuration of the plant through the GUI setup, determining at least one component of the plant through the GUI setup, and configuring parameters of the at least one component and/or the plant through the GUI setup. The method also includes generating the dashboard including a plant control logic of the plant based on the type, the configuration, the at least one component, and the parameters of the at least one component and/or the plant. The method further includes controlling the plant based on the plant control logic.

摘要: Apparatus, systems, and/or methods are disclosed relating to welding systems that monitor welds performed by an operator. In some examples, the welding system monitors one or more welds performed using a welding tool, evaluates characteristics of the one or more welds in comparison to certain predetermined criteria, and determines a performance score for the operator based on the evaluation. In some examples, the characteristics of the one or more welds include the location of each of the one or more welds and/or the order in which the one or more welds are executed. In such an example, the predetermined criteria may include target locations for each of the one or more welds and/or a target order of execution. In some examples, the welding system may respond to deviations from the target locations and/or target order, such as by reducing a performance score, disabling weld operations, providing guidance to the operator, etc.

摘要: A method for accessing a computer-numerically-controlled machine can include receiving a command to be executed by the computer-numerically-controlled machine. A hardware state of a component in the computer-numerically-controlled machine can be determined by receiving, from the component, data indicative of the hardware state. An origin of the command including a user identification of a user who sent the command and/or a machine identification of a device that sent the command can be determined. Whether the computer-numerically-controlled machine is allowed to execute the command can be determined by applying a set of rules and based on the hardware state and/or the origin of the command. In response to determining that the computer-numerically-controlled machine is allowed to execute the command, the command can be executed at the computer-numerically-controlled machine.
