    摘要: Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods to provide intuitive user interfaces for sonar systems attached to mobile structures. A sonar user interface system includes a logic device configured to communicate with one or more sonar controllers and/or sonar transducer assemblies and associated processing and control electronics and optionally orientation and/or position sensors disposed substantially within the sonar transducer assemblies. Each sonar controller and/or transducer assembly includes channels that can be operated together or independently. Configurations for each channel, transducer assembly, controller, and/or for the entire sonar system are rendered and displayed using a combination of graphical and textual indicators to allow intuitive selection and/or arrangement of system, controller, assembly, and/or channel configurations and to store configurations for recall. Resulting sonar data and/or imagery may be displayed and/or used to adjust various operational systems of the mobile structure.

    摘要: Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods to provide sailing information to users of a mobile structure. A sailing user interface system includes a logic device in communication with a compass or orientation sensor, a wind sensor, and/or a speed sensor. Sensor signals provided by the various sensors are used to determine a heading and a wind direction for the mobile structure, which can be referenced to Magnet North. The wind direction and heading may be used to orient a sail chart rendered by the logic device. The sail chart graphically indicates the heading of the mobile structure relative to the wind direction and a performance contour for the mobile structure. The sail chart may be displayed to a user to refine manual operation of the mobile structure, and the information rendered in the sail chart may be used to autopilot the mobile structure.

    摘要: Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods to provide augmented reality sonar imagery for mobile structures. An augmented reality sonar imagery system includes a portable imaging device, a sonar transducer assembly, and a logic device in communication with the sonar transducer assembly and the portable imaging device. The sonar transducer assembly is adapted to be mounted to a mobile structure and placed in a body of water, and the portable imaging device includes a display and an imager position and/or orientation sensor. The logic device is configured to determine a waterline of the body of water relative to a field of view of the display and render sonar data in a portion of the field of view that extends below the waterline. Subsequent user input and/or the sonar data may be used to adjust a steering actuator, a propulsion system thrust, and/or other operational systems.

An augmented reality sonar imagery system includes a portable imaging device, a sonar transducer assembly, and a logic device in communication with the sonar transducer assembly and the portable imaging device.
