Abstract: A display control apparatus includes a first controller and a second controller. The first controller performs control to divide a display region of a display into divided regions arranged in a predetermined direction and to display images of determined attributes in the divided regions. The display includes a specifying unit that specifies a position in the display region and an operation on an image displayed in the display region. The second controller performs, in response to detection of specification of a predetermined operation on the displayed image subsequent to specification of a position in at least one divided region or in at least one boundary region between divided regions, enlargement control of enlarging or size reduction control of reducing the size of a target region (the divided region or a divided region adjacent to the boundary region) and an image displayed in the target region.

Abstract: An image display control apparatus includes a division unit and a display controller. The division unit divides a rectangular display area into plural rectangular sub-areas in a direction in which one side of the display area extends. The display controller performs display control to enlarge or reduce rectangular images so that while aspect ratios of the images are maintained, a length of each of the sub-areas in the direction in which the one side of the display area extends is equal to or substantially equal to a length of each of the images in the direction in which the one side of the display area extends, and to display at least some of the enlarged or reduced images in the sub-areas.

Abstract: An image display control apparatus includes a display controller, a determination unit, and an execution unit. When an image displayed on a display having a display area and a touch panel disposed on the display area is specified through the touch panel, the display controller performs control to display menu screens individually representing predetermined plural menu items in such a manner that a free area is provided in part of a peripheral area adjacent to the image displayed in the display area. The determination unit determines that, when specification of the image through the touch panel is followed by movement of a specified position onto a desired menu screen, the menu item represented by the desired menu screen is specified, and determines that, when the specified position is moved to the free area, a drag operation is specified. The execution unit executes a process corresponding to a determination result.
