Abstract: A functional laminated film includes a gas barrier film; and a light-extracting layer provided on the surface of the gas barrier film, in which the gas barrier film includes a base film and a barrier laminate which is provided on the base film and includes an organic layer and an inorganic layer, the inorganic layer and the light-diffusing layer are in direct contact with each other, and the light-diffusing layer is a layer formed from a light-diffusing layer forming material including organic light-diffusing particles and a binder that contains titanium oxide fine particles, a polyfunctional acrylic monomer, and a silane coupling agent.
