Abstract: The present invention provides a composition containing an antibacterial agent, which suppresses occurrence of rust even in a case of being applied to a metal base material such as SUS; a wet wiper; a spray; a mask with an antibacterial agent; a face guard with an antibacterial agent; and an antibacterial liquid material. The composition of the present invention contains a hydrophilic component selected from the group consisting of a hydrophilic binder precursor and a hydrophilic binder, an antibacterial agent, and a solvent, in which a first antibacterial activity value obtained by a predetermined test 1 is 4.0 or less, and a second antibacterial activity value obtained by a predetermined test 2 is 4.0 or more.
