The processor performs processing of specifying a position of a region of interest indicated by an attention map (208) in organ labeling information (206), and outputting a specification result (210), processing of calculating an error by comparing an estimation result (212) with lesion information (204), processing of setting the error on the basis of the specification result (210), and processing of causing the learning model (126) to perform learning by using the set error.

Abstract: Provided are a disease label creation device, a disease label creation method, a disease label creation program, a learning device, and a disease detection model that can create a disease label for a simple X-ray image at a low annotation cost. An information acquisition unit of a first processor of a disease label creation device acquires a simple X-ray image, a three-dimensional CT image paired with the simple X-ray image, and a three-dimensional first disease label extracted from the CT image. A registration processing unit of the first processor performs registration between the simple X-ray image and the CT image. A disease label converter of the first processor converts the first disease label into a two-dimensional second disease label corresponding to the simple X-ray image on the basis of a result of the registration by the registration processing unit to create a disease label.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a learning method, a learning apparatus, and a learning program for decomposing a two-dimensional X-ray image into a variety of regions, and an image processing method, an image processing apparatus, and an image processing program using a result of learning. A learning method according to an aspect of the present invention includes generating a masked CT image from a three-dimensional CT image, and generating a third pseudo X-ray image from the masked CT image. Then, a second pseudo X-ray image generated by projecting an original CT image is compared with the third pseudo X-ray image as a reference, and a parameter for use in generating the second pseudo X-ray image is updated based on a comparison result. A processor repeats the processing of each step until a predetermined condition is satisfied.
