The touch control display device includes: a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, a common electrode and a plurality of pixel units; and a plurality of touch sensing electrodes disposed above the common electrode, where the plurality of touch sensing electrodes are arranged in a two-dimensional array. With the solution according to the embodiments of the disclosure, the noise can be reduced and the frame rate of touch detection scan can be enhanced.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting diode display device integrated with a touch control function, includes: a substrate; an organic light emitting layer disposed on the substrate; protective glass disposed on the organic light emitting layer; a plurality of sensing electrodes disposed on the protective glass, the plurality of sensing electrodes being arranged in a two-dimensional array; and a touch control chip bound onto the protective glass, wherein the touch control chip and the plurality of sensing electrodes are located on a same side of the protective glass, and the touch control chip is connected with each of the plurality of sensing electrodes via a wire. Therefore, the error caused by noises accumulation between the electrodes is avoided, and signal-to-noise ratio is significantly improved.

    摘要: A capacitive touch screen is provided, which includes: a transparent cover lens; multiple sensing electrodes disposed on a surface of the transparent cover lens and arranged into a two-dimensional array; and a touch control chip bonded onto the surface of the transparent cover lens, the touch control chip being connected with each of the multiple sensing electrodes via a wire. The capacitive touch screen may decrease errors caused by the transmission of noises between electrodes in the prior art on the premise of implementing multi-ouch, thus significantly improving signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
