Abstract: An apparatus, for a thermal vacuum therapy by using a suction cup on a skin of a patient, includes a heating unit disposed in the suction cup. The heating unit includes a heat core made of high heat conductive material and a heat retention sleeve made of low heat conductive material, wherein the heat core is wrapped by the heat retention sleeve and is arranged in such a manner that after the heat core rapidly stores heat energy, the heat retention sleeve is adapted for keeping the heat energy at the heat core so as to enable the heat core being gradually released heat within the suction cup during cupping treatment.
