摘要: A wearable medical treatment system for medical treatment of a patient is described. An example of the system includes sensors configured to be externally positioned on the patient, the sensors including cardiac sensing electrodes configured to provide a signal indicative of the patient's cardiac information, defibrillation electrodes configured to be externally positioned on the patient and to deliver a defibrillation shock, a cuff configured to contract about a patient's limb, and a controller communicatively coupled to the sensors, the defibrillation electrodes, and the cuff. The controller is configured to receive the signal indicative of the patient's cardiac information, determine the patient's cardiac information, control delivery of the defibrillation shock by the defibrillation electrodes based at least in part on the patient's cardiac information, and control contraction of the cuff based according to a remote ischemic conditioning (RIC) protocol and based at least in part on the patient's cardiac information.

摘要: The present invention relates to a portable body-contact therapeutic device comprising a main body having a first main body member and a second main body member combined in a clip form such that pants, panties or a belt are worn by being inserted between the opposing surfaces from one side, characterized in that in a state that the pants, the panties or the belt are worn by being inserted in the main body, the outer surface of the first main body member is formed toward the body outside and the outer surface of the second main body member is formed so as to contact the body skin, wherein a current output circuit for outputting a current is included on the inside of the main body, and a main body electrode pad to which the current outputted from the current output circuit is applied is formed in the outer surface of the second main body member. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a portable body-contact therapeutic device which can easily be worn so as to directly contact the body, and which can maximize the therapy effect for each of various women's diseases.

摘要: A system for use during administration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) chest compressions on a victim is described. The system includes a chest compression monitor that includes a motion sensor configured to generate signals indicative of the victim's chest motion and a control system communicatively coupled to the chest compression monitor and configured to receive the generated signals, detect compression waveform features representative of the chest compressions based on the received signals, compare the features to a pre-determined criterion that distinguishes between a manual source of the chest compressions and a piston-based chest compression device source, determine whether the source of the chest compressions is the manual or the piston-based chest compression device source based on the comparison, and generate an output based on whether the source of the chest compressions is determined to be the manual or the piston-based chest compression device source.

摘要: A method and system enabling delivery of a sleep therapy type is provided. The method includes receiving a value of a parameter measured by physical sensors while a mammal is in contact with a first subset of the physical sensors. A second subset of the physical sensors, whose received value differs from a predetermined reference value of an environmental parameter, is determined. A physical part subset of the second subset, corresponding to a specified body part, is determined by utilizing the second subset and virtual data for identifying virtual sensors spatially distributed to map a space occupied by the mammal's body parts. In response, a therapy device positioned in sufficiently close proximity to the specified body part to effectively deliver the specified therapy type to the specified body part is determined and a control signal is generated and transmitted to the therapy device.
