摘要： The application relates to comestible products comprising acid gellable hydrocolloids, such as low acyl gellan gum. These are used for appetite suppression. On ingesting the product the hydrocolloid gels in the stomach. Mixed hydrocolloids, such as pectin and gellan gums are also provided.
