Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flag element for making motor vehicle washing brushes, the flag element comprising an elongated plate-like element having a central portion therefrom extend fringes obtained by cutting with different lengths the plate-like element. A method for making a motor vehicle washing brush is also disclosed, as an integral part of the invention.
Abstract:
A helical rotary brush for motor vehicle washing systems comprising a plurality of strips coupled to a central support element, through restrained joint coupling means, comprising slots designed for receiving suitably contoured bar elements, said slots being arranged with an helical arrangement on the central support element.
Abstract:
A washing brush for motor vehicle automatic washing system washing rollers comprises a plurality of plate-like elements including sets of bristles, which can be wound about a supporting roller and arranged near one another in an axial direction, each plate-like element including a plurality of cylindric seats for housing therein evenly distributed bristle sets. The main feature of the invention is that each plate-like element is further provided, at an end portion thereof, with a recessed portion devoid of cylindric seats therein can be engaged a middle projection having cylindric seats and provided on the other end portion of the plate-like element, at least a removable coupling element being moreover provided for coupling the mentioned end portions, on one of which there is formed a recessed region for fitting therein the other end portion.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a washing brush for automatic motor vehicle washing systems, comprising a cylindric body on the side outer surface thereof are provided a plurality of bands defining the cleaning elements of the brush. The main feature of the invention is that the band or strip elements extend on the side surface of the cylindric body along direction which are inclined with respect to the axial direction.
Abstract:
An improved brush for automatic motor vehicle washing systems, characterized in that said washing brush comprises a plurality of endless belt elements entrained, at the two end portions thereof, on entraining rollers driven by one or more electric motors or mechanical driving means to perform a linear movement pattern including a double rectilinear translation movement and a partial rotary movement.

Abstract:
An improved cleaning element, specifically designed for rotary brushes for motor vehicle washing systems, is made by using components of a velvety material which is suitably flocked by either a direct process or by coupling with velvety materials or velvets.
Abstract:
A cleaning band construction for making motor vehicle washing system brushes comprises an elongated plate body made of a comparatively hard or stiff flexible material, which can be coupled to a central support assembly of a rotary brush, and at least a comparatively soft flexible element, which can be coupled to a free end portion of the plate body.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a car washing brush, provided with means for lubricating and cleaning the brush bristles, which comprises a tubular body (2), supporting variously distributed bristles (3) and which can be coupled to a motor-reducing assembly for turning the tubular body. The main feature of the invention is that the brush comprises moreover, associated with said tubular body, a plurality of channels (10) for conveying a fluid therethrough, said channels having a plurality of nozzles (11), for spraying a fluid on the brush bristles, from the inside toward the outside of the brush.
