摘要： The present invention relates a fluorescent multiplex PCR assay for detecting the presence of a nucleic acid sequence of an HPV type in a sample using multiple fluorophores to simultaneously detect a plurality of HPV genes of the same HPV type, wherein the HPV type is selected from the group consisting of: HPV31, HPV45, HPV52, and HPV58. The present invention also relates to oligonucleotide primers and probes specific to said HPV types for use in the methods of the present invention.
