    摘要: An installation for image-assisted shockwave therapy has a C-arm x-ray unit that is orbitally movable around an isocenter, and that carries an x-ray imaging system thereon. The installation also has a shockwave head and a carrier device for the shockwave head that is disposed stationarily relative to the x-ray C-arm. A boom that extends toward the x-ray C-arm is carried by the carrier device, the boom having a free end at which the shockwave head is mounted. The boom is movably guided by the carrier device so that the shockwave head is arbitrarily movable to any position and can be arbitrarily aligned to the isocenter within a minimum range of 180° delimited by the top table position and the bottom table position of a patient table.

    摘要: The invention relates to a medical system comprising a detection device for detecting an object in at least two dimensions by x-rays. The detection device is constructed to detect the object and to produce data comprising a 2D data record or a sequence of 2D data records over time representing the object in a projection through the object in two dimensions and to output the data. The medical system comprises at least one storage device with a data input actively connected to the detection device and which is constructed to receive the data at the input side and to write on a storage medium, in particular a portable storage medium, in such a way that the storage medium represents the data so it can be read out again. The medical system is constructed to digitally transmit the data from the detection device through to the storage device.

    摘要: A non-invasive medical treatment installation has a therapy C-arm mounted on a base, and defining an isocenter. A therapy apparatus having a focus is mounted at the free end of a carrier arm, that has a fixed end attached to the therapy C-arm. The mounting of the fixed end of the carrier arm to the therapy C-arm allows orbital movement of the carrier arm along the therapy C-arm between two final positions respectively delimited by the opposite ends of the C-arm. The carrier arm is mounted to the therapy C-arm to allow rotation of the carrier arm around a rotational axis, so that when the carrier arm is at either of said final positions, it extends beyond the respective end of the C-arm.
