摘要： An information processing apparatus includes a connector electrically connected to a drive unit in a state where the drive unit is connected to the information processing apparatus, a detector configured to detect an operation performed on a specific button disposed on the drive unit based on a change in a voltage of a specific pin of the connector in a state where the drive unit is connected to the information processing apparatus and an operational voltage is not applied to the drive unit and a power controller configured to start applying the operational voltage to the drive unit via the connector in response to the operation detected by the detector.
