    Abstract: An epicyclic gearing has a plurality of planet gears arranged about a transmission axis so as to form two arrays symmetrical with respect to a plane orthogonal to the transmission axis; the gearing has a body which, on one side, is adapted to be connected to a rotating member and, on the other side, is coupled to a ring; the ring has a plurality of relatively thin plate sectors and a plurality of pins, which extend in cantilever fashion and in opposite directions from the plate sectors and each support a respective planet gear; coupling between the aforesaid body and the ring defines at least one degree of freedom in rotation about a radial axis to allow a relative movement under load between the two components.

    Abstract: An oil transfer unit has a rotating part, a stationary part provided with an oil mouth, and a floating part having a support body coupled to the stationary part; the floating part has an annular pad, that is distinct from the body and is provided with a cylindrical surface fitted onto an outer cylindrical surface of the rotating part in a non-contact configuration, with an annular groove provided between the pad and the rotating part to put the oil mouth into communication with an inner chamber of the rotating part; both sides of the groove are sealed by a hydrostatic seal between the cylindrical surfaces; an angular retaining constraint is provided to retain angularly the pad with respect to the body; at least one element is breakable or plastically deformable to release the angular constraint when the torque transferred to the body, in use, exceeds a defined threshold.

    Abstract: A test apparatus for testing a gear having a central axis has a force application column moveable along a force application axis (F) so as to apply a force onto the flank of a tooth of the gear, and a clamping device having a clamping axis (A) orthogonal to and spaced apart from the force application axis. The clamping device secures the gear in such a manner that the central axis of the gear coincides with the clamping axis (A). The column has a first and a second end and one intermediate portion, which is elastically deformable so as to allow for a displacement of the second end in relation to the first end along a displacement direction (D1) orthogonal to the clamping axis (A) and to the force application axis (F).
