Abstract: Methods and systems are herein provided for determining operating conditions of a magnetic resonance (MR) scanner based on data of one or more implants of a patient and storing the data of the one or more implants are provided. In one examples, a method comprises obtaining data of one or more implants of a patient from one or more sources; determining one or more configurations of each of the one or more implants; displaying, via a graphical user interface (GUI), the data and the one or more configurations; determining a recommendation configuration based on the one or more configurations; determining a selected configuration via user input to the GUI; and determining operating conditions of an MRI scanner based on the selected configuration for an MRI exam.

In one example, a method for the medical imaging system may include receiving an imaging order for an operator requesting an exam be performed on a patient using the medical imaging system, recommending a scan protocol for conducting the exam based on historical selections data for the operator and patient demographic data for the patient, and outputting the recommended scan protocol for display on a display device and/or automatically executing the recommended scan protocol.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for data synchronization. In one example, a method for synchronizing data between an agent and a core includes sending, from the agent, a request to the core identifying a data subset to be synchronized, the request further including a fingerprint for each block of data in the data subset; receiving, at the agent, a response from the core identifying a block of mismatched data between the core and the agent; fetching a fingerprint for each record of the identified block of mismatched data and creating a fingerprint of the block based on the fetched fingerprints; sending, from the agent, a request to the core including the fingerprint of the block; and receiving, at the agent, one or more records from the core identified via a comparison of fingerprints of the one or more records.

Abstract: An architecture and techniques for providing a generalizable machine learning recommendation in connection with medical protocols such as radiology protocols. In response to receipt of a medical examination order request in a standardized input format, the system can, based on a machine learning technique, output a recommended protocol according to a standardized output format. The system can then perform a mapping procedure that maps site-specific data to the standardized input format and the standardized output format. The site-specific data can comprise information that is specific to an entity that provides the medical examination order request.
