摘要: Systems and methods for automatically tracking a minimal hiatal dimension plane of an ultrasound volume in real-time during a pelvic floor examination are provided. The method includes acquiring an ultrasound volume of an anatomical region over a time period. The method includes extracting an A-plane from the ultrasound volume and displaying the A-plane. The method includes receiving an OmniView (OV) line overlaid on the A-plane. The method includes rendering an OV-plane based on a position and trajectory of the OV-line and displaying the OV-plane. The method includes automatically identifying key points in regions of interest in the A-plane. The method includes automatically tracking the key points in the regions of interest in the A-plane over the time period to automatically adjust the position and trajectory of the OV-line, the rendering the OV-plane automatically updating over the time period based on adjustments of the position and trajectory of the OV-line.

In one example, a method includes, in response to a request to evaluate the liver disease, determining, with a measurement model, that a selected medical image frame of the subject includes a target anatomical view and has an image quality above a threshold image quality, and in response, measuring, with the measurement model, a marker for the liver disease in the selected medical image, and outputting, for display on a display device, the measurement of the marker.

摘要: A system and method for automatically estimating a hepatorenal index (HRI) from ultrasound images s provided. The method includes acquiring a sequence of ultrasound image data until a desired ultrasound image view is obtained. The method includes segmenting, a liver and a renal cortex in the obtained ultrasound image view. The method includes identifying valid samples in the liver and the renal cortex in the obtained ultrasound image view by excluding invalid samples. The method includes automatically positioning a liver region of interest and a renal cortex region of interest in the obtained ultrasound image view based on the valid samples and at least one criterion. The method includes determining an HRI and causing a display system to present the HRI.
