摘要： A method and lauter tun for lautering wort includes a fluid gaseous medium introduced as a false bottom seal below a false bottom-of the lauter tun prior to lautering of the wort through the false bottom. The mash is transferred into the lauter tun above the false bottom after introduction of the false bottom seal. Wort running off in the lauter tun through the false bottom displaces the false bottom seal.
