摘要： A digital computer memory is interrogated so as to test its operation. A digital word generator addresses the computer memory with a plurality of test address words identical to a plurality of test data words stored within word storage locations accessed by the test address words. The data words collectively include all coefficients of all powers of the radix of the numerical address code utilized by the digital computer. A digital word comparator detects any noncorrespondence between the test data words retrieved from the accessed word storage locations and the test address words thereby to indicate the presence of a fault within the computer memory.
