The rotary testing apparatus may include a rotor, a probe, and a lifting unit for maneuvering the probe about the work piece. The lifting unit may include a hydraulic lifting mechanism and a counterweight mechanism.

A lifting apparatus (100) is disclosed. The lifting apparatus (100) includes a power driving module (1) for providing a driving force, a plurality of lifting modules (21, 22, 23) for raising and lowering a supporting module (4) upon action of the driving force, and a transmission module (3) located under the supporting module (4) for transmitting the driving force to at least one of the plurality of lifting modules (21, 22, 23). An ultrasonic inspection system is also disclosed, which includes at least one ultrasonic probe and the lifting apparatus (100) for raising and lowering a workpiece (200) at least partly immersed in a liquid to a suitable position for inspection of the workpiece (200) by the at least one ultrasonic probe.

The present invention discloses a inspection device for detecting a defect of a metal object, where the inspection device includes a main base, at least one main magnetic module, and a main inspection module. The at least one main magnetic module is installed on the main base, for attaching the main base onto the metal object under an action of a magnetic force. The main inspection module is installed on the main base, to detect at least one type of defect of the metal object. The present invention further discloses a wheel defect inspection method and a wheel defect inspection device. The metal object defect inspection device may implement automatic detection of a defect on a whole circumference of a wheel.
Abstract:
A lifting device, which is configured to lift or drop at least one load bearing mechanism. The lifting device includes a power driving mechanism and multiple lifting mechanisms connecting to the power driving mechanism. The multiple lifting mechanisms march the load bearing mechanism at least from a first height location to a second height location in a rolling manner under a function of a driving force provided by the power driving mechanism. An embodiment of the present invention further discloses an ultrasonic inspection system using the lifting device.
