Abstract:
The machine (1) for removing and fitting wheel tires for vehicles comprises a bearing structure (2), a clamping device (5) of a rim (C) of a wheel (R) for vehicles, associated with the bearing structure (2) and rotatable around a first axis of rotation (X1), a tool-carrying arm (6) associated movable with the bearing structure (2) and having a removing/fitting tool (7) of a tire (P) from/onto the rim (C), an auxiliary arm (8) having a bead pressing tool (9, 10) able to facilitate the removing/fitting operations of the tire (P) from/onto the rim (C), wherein the auxiliary arm (8) is associated rotatable with the bearing structure (2) around a second axis of rotation (X2) substantially parallel to the first axis of rotation (X1), in correspondence of a hinging point (14) arranged above with respect to a resting plane of the rim (C) defined by the clamping device (5), and wherein the auxiliary arm (8) can be positioned between a work position, wherein the bead pressing tool (9, 10) is able to be engaged on a portion of the tire (P), and a rest position, wherein the auxiliary arm (8) is retracted and substantially spaced from the clamping device (5), and wherein the machine (1) comprises an automatic positioning apparatus (20) of the auxiliary arm (8) in the rest position.
Abstract:
The machine (1) for fitting and removing wheel tyres for vehicles includes: a bearing structure (2); a locking device (5) of a rim (C) of a wheel (R) for vehicles, associated with the bearing structure (2) and rotatable around a first rotation axis (X1); a tool carrier arm (10) associated mobile with the bearing structure and having at least a tool (11) for removing/fitting a tyre (P) from/on the rim (C); an auxiliary arm (12) associated mobile with the bearing structure and having a bead-pressing tool (13) suitable for facilitating the removal/fitting operations of the tyre (P) from/on the rim (C); wherein the auxiliary arm is associated rotatable with the bearing structure around a second rotation axis (X2) substantially parallel to the first rotation axis (X1), in correspondence to a hinging point (14) arranged below with respect to a resting surface of the rim defined by the locking device.
Abstract:
The machine (1) for fitting and removing wheel tyres for vehicles comprises a bearing structure (2), an attachment and rotation arrangement (4) of the rim (C) of a wheel (R) for vehicles, a tool-holder assembly (5) movably associated with the bearing structure (2) and having at least a tool (8, 9, 10) for removing and/or fitting a tyre (P) from/onto the rim (C), an adjustment arrangement (11, 12) able to adjust the relative position between the tool-holder assembly (5) and the rim (C), to place the tool-holder assembly (5) in an optimal operating position wherein the tool (8, 9, 10) is operable to remove and/or fit a tyre (P), and a visual signaling assembly (13, 14) of said optimal position having at least an emitter (13, 14) of a light beam (L1, L2), the optimal operating position being defined when the point of incidence of the light beam (L1, L2) on the wheel (R) coincides with an external point of the edge of the rim (C).
Abstract:
Appliance for locking wheel rims includes: a supporting structure associable with a rotation device of a repair workshop machine; at least two locking jaws for locking a wheel rim, which are associated with the supporting structure and move along a direction of reciprocal moving close/away between a position of maximum opening, and a position of minimum opening; a movement arrangement associated with the jaws for moving them between the positions of maximum and minimum opening; an adjustment device placed between the movement arrangement and at least one of the jaws, for adjusting the position of maximum and/or minimum opening and including a substantially elongated adjustment element associated with the movement arrangement, revolving around its own longitudinal axis and having a threaded portion, and a mobile element associated integral with at least one of the jaws and having a threaded hole for engagement with the threaded portion of the adjustment element.
