Abstract: An in-vivo device may be propelled in the gastrointestinal tract by a magnetic force such that the direction of the magnetic force applied to the in-vivo device follows, or is continually adapted to, the instantaneous spatial orientation of the in-vivo device. As the in-vivo device changes orientation in the gastrointestinal tract by the wall of the gastrointestinal tract, so does the magnetic force, to follow suit.

Abstract translation: 体内装置可以通过磁力在胃肠道中推进，使得施加到体内装置的磁力的方向跟随或者连续适应体内装置的瞬时空间取向。 由于体内装置通过胃肠道的壁改变胃肠道的取向，所以磁力也随之而来。
