    摘要: A portable drum-type banknote box and an ATM having the portable drum-type banknote box. The portable drum-type banknote box includes a shell, a large winding drum gear, a small winding drum gear, a connecting socket and a self-locking mechanism. The self-locking mechanism includes an electromagnet, a first spring, a second spring, a first locking rod, a second locking rod and a pull rod. The upper end of the pull rod is installed to the electromagnet in a paired mode, and the lower end of the pull rod is movably connected with the first locking rod. The portable drum-type banknote box has a small size and light weight, is convenient to assemble/disassemble and move and is capable of performing audit work on multiple ATMs; and achieves a locking function so as to effectively prevent the banknotes from being exposed and rolled out by human.

    摘要: A processing device of sheet mediums, in particular, a full-automatic stacking and bundling device of notes and the like. The bundling device mainly comprises a sheet medium stacking mechanism (900, 902), a bundling mechanism (999) and a pinching mechanism (904), the bundling mechanism mainly comprising a paper belt looping mechanism (400), a hot-pressing and bonding mechanism (200) and a paper belt cutting-off mechanism. The paper belt looping mechanism comprises a guide groove for guiding the paper belt; the head and the tail of the guide groove are connected to form a conveying loop; an opening (4032) of the guide groove faces an inner side of the conveying loop; a bottom part (4031) of the guide groove is provided with a paper-belt inserting port and at least one paper-belt conveying wheel; and an opening end of a side wall of the guide groove is provided with an elastic guide piece (408) parallel to the bottom part of the guide groove. The stacking and bundling device also comprises a pressing mechanism in bundling and a leveling mechanism after bundling. By means of the invention, the unreliability for forming the loop by the paper belts is effectively solved, the bundling effect is improved, and the notes are bundled tightly and level.

The pressing and conveying mechanism has a pressing rod, and the pressing rod has one end rotatably arranged on the upper conveying rotating shaft and another end forming a free end and falling freely towards the platform, the rotatable securing end and the free end of the pressing rod are respectively provided with a first concave wheel and a second concave wheel, and a first O-shaped belt is arranged on the first concave wheel and the second concave wheel. The first concave wheel rotates synchronously with the upper conveying rotating shaft.

    摘要: A banknote dispensing/receiving mechanism of a banknote processing device includes a housing and a baffle, the baffle is an elastic retaining piece, the elastic retaining piece has one end fixed with respect to the housing and another end being a free end, and the elastic retaining piece is located in the discharging route of banknotes. When the banknote dispensing/receiving mechanism operates, after the banknotes being discharged by a banknote-dispensing conveying mechanism, the banknotes fall onto the elastic retaining piece, and the elastic retaining piece provides a supporting force for the banknotes. When all the banknotes are discharged, the banknotes are pushed by a banknote pushing plate to apply a pushing force to the elastic retaining piece, and at this moment the elastic retaining piece generates a plastics deformation, which makes the banknotes and the banknote pushing plate pass through the elastic retaining piece together, to further perform subsequent operations.
