摘要： A recycle box includes a box door and a box bottom housing. A recycle inlet is provided at a top of the box bottom housing. A guide elastic strip, a banknote guiding plate, an impeller and a banknote stacking plate are fixed inside the box bottom housing. The guide elastic strip and the banknote guiding plate are vertically and oppositely arranged, there is a gap between the guide elastic strip and the banknote guiding plate and the gap is a recycle passage. The banknote guiding plate is provided with a first stopper for placing the recycled media and an opening for flexible blades to pass through, and the recycled media are placed on the first stopper after passing through the recycle passage. The flexible blade conveys the recycled media onto the banknote stacking plate. The impeller has a small diameter and the recycle box has a reduced volume accordingly.

The bundling device mainly comprises a sheet medium stacking mechanism (900, 902), a bundling mechanism (999) and a pinching mechanism (904), the bundling mechanism mainly comprising a paper belt looping mechanism (400), a hot-pressing and bonding mechanism (200) and a paper belt cutting-off mechanism. The paper belt looping mechanism comprises a guide groove for guiding the paper belt; the head and the tail of the guide groove are connected to form a conveying loop; an opening (4032) of the guide groove faces an inner side of the conveying loop; a bottom part (4031) of the guide groove is provided with a paper-belt inserting port and at least one paper-belt conveying wheel; and an opening end of a side wall of the guide groove is provided with an elastic guide piece (408) parallel to the bottom part of the guide groove. The stacking and bundling device also comprises a pressing mechanism in bundling and a leveling mechanism after bundling. By means of the invention, the unreliability for forming the loop by the paper belts is effectively solved, the bundling effect is improved, and the notes are bundled tightly and level.

摘要： A banknote dispensing/receiving mechanism of a banknote processing device includes a housing and a baffle, the baffle is an elastic retaining piece, the elastic retaining piece has one end fixed with respect to the housing and another end being a free end, and the elastic retaining piece is located in the discharging route of banknotes. When the banknote dispensing/receiving mechanism operates, after the banknotes being discharged by a banknote-dispensing conveying mechanism, the banknotes fall onto the elastic retaining piece, and the elastic retaining piece provides a supporting force for the banknotes. When all the banknotes are discharged, the banknotes are pushed by a banknote pushing plate to apply a pushing force to the elastic retaining piece, and at this moment the elastic retaining piece generates a plastics deformation, which makes the banknotes and the banknote pushing plate pass through the elastic retaining piece together, to further perform subsequent operations.

The banknote-passing type banknote conveying device uses a lifting motor and a connection rod to drive a lifting plate to move the banknotes up and down, and uses a pressing plate to move the banknotes back and forth. The functions of stacking and passing banknotes are achieved in an effective space. Moreover, a pull type electromagnet and a spring are used to control the opening and closing of the banknote clamping and conveying mechanism, thus a traditional motor control method and the like can be omitted, such that the cost is low, and the reliability is high.
