Abstract: Techniques for determining issues associated with a current state of an area of a healthcare facility are provided. In one example, a computer-implemented method comprises identifying an area of a healthcare facility included in image data captured of the healthcare facility, and characterizing aspects of a current state of the area of the area based on analysis of the image data, including determining object information characterizing objects included in the area. The method further comprises determining whether one or more of the aspects of the current state of the area deviate from a defined requirement for the area based on evaluation of the object information. Based on a determination that an aspect of the current state of the area deviates from the defined requirement for the area, the method can further comprise generating feedback information regarding the deviating aspect of the current state of the area.

Abstract: Techniques for providing information regarding healthcare performance in real-time using augmented reality are provided. In one example, a computer-implemented method comprises receiving input data generated in real-time during performance of a healthcare procedure by a user, including video captured of the user during the performance of the healthcare related procedure. The method further includes determining descriptive information characterizing the performance based on the input data, wherein the descriptive information characterizes at least actions performed by the user during the procedure, and determining whether an aspect of one of the actions currently being performed by the user deviates from a defined protocol for the healthcare related procedure based on comparison of the descriptive information with reference descriptive parameters for the healthcare related procedure. The method further includes determining feedback information regarding correction of the aspect in response to a determination that the aspect deviates from the defined protocol.

Abstract: An imaging system is provided that includes a gantry, a plurality of image detectors, an x-ray source, an adjustable source collimator, and at least one processor. The image detectors are radially spaced around a circumference of the bore such that gaps exist between adjacent image detectors. The x-ray source transmits x-rays across the bore towards at least two of the image detectors. The adjustable source collimator is interposed between the x-ray source and a center of the bore, and is configured to block a portion of the x-rays produced by the x-ray source The at least one processor is configured to control the adjustable source collimator to dynamically adjust a range of x-rays that are blocked by the adjustable source collimator along the fan angle during transmission of x-rays from the x-ray source and acquisition of computed tomography (CT) information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are disclosed herein that output suggestions to users based on current or upcoming inter-personal interactions. Digital technology can be used to understand situations, relationships, and context to help improve the emotional intelligence of users as they engage in such inter-personal interactions. The system can receive inputs about the current situation, environment, users, and other factors. These inputs can be used to determine emotional states of the user and other participants. Based on determined emotional states, the system can suggest one or more outputs to a user to help improve the inter-personal interaction.
